As part of our on-going communication around COVID-19, we wanted to let you know what on-going steps we are taking to ensure that we can continue to provide calibration and testing services as well as helping you deliver compliant products to market.
Our offices and laboratories are open and, as much as possible, we are working normally with some changes that have been put in place to ensure the health & safety of our customers and staff alike.
The health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority and so we are taking additional precautions to meet our customers’ needs whilst also taking the necessary precautions for social distancing. All of the measures are in accordance with the Government’s current guidelines and recommendations.
Our Calibration Services
For calibration, the majority of our customers either have their equipment collected from their premises or have it shipped to us. This allows us to ensure that we minimise contact between customers and staff. The timing of collections may be affected by restrictions placed upon us but we will keep you informed of any changes that could affect your collections.

Our EMC Testing Services
The majority of our testing is unwitnessed and this is a service we already offer to many customers and have been performing for many years. We are open for testing and equipment can be collected or shipped if within our usual collection routes at this time.
We are continuing to provide this service but we have in place a range of measures to ensure the safety of our staff, customers and suppliers. In all cases, we would ask customers to ensure that products are suitably packaged for both delivery and return shipment. If you have any questions as to the best way to ship equipment, please do let us know.
