Eurofins ETC, the leading UK-based electronic test equipment calibration provider, announces an extension to its comprehensive services with the addition of UKAS accredited on-site calibration of transient generators.
Eurofins ETC is a UKAS accredited calibration laboratory No. 0452 and this extension adds to the already extensive range of calibration capabilities that the company offers.
This new service is aimed at a wide customer base which includes EMC labs, electronic equipment manufacturers or anyone who is using a transient, burst or surge generator. The capability covers a wide range of equipment types and manufacturers and complements the existing laboratory-based calibration service.
Becky Scott, Managing Director of Eurofins ETC, comments:
“This new service will allow our customers to have their equipment calibrated on-site to the same exacting levels that would be expected if the equipment was sent to our calibration laboratory.”
“Equipment no longer has to be off-site for extended periods, allowing our customers to continue to use their instrumentation when it would traditionally have been in transit to and from a calibration lab, offering a considerable time and cost saving.”
“By offering our customers the option of both on-site and lab-based calibration, all accredited by UKAS, we are uniquely positioned to provide our customer base with accurate, efficient and comprehensive calibration services for all of their electronic test and measurement equipment”.
Eurofins ETC offers a 5-working day turn-around on standard calibrations with a dedicated fleet of purpose-designed vehicles operating across the UK, ensuring customers’ equipment is transported in a safe and secure manner, no matter the value or size.
Full details of the range of parameters covered by this new service can be found on the UKAS Schedule of Accreditation No. 0452.
